Something like a conclusion
Abstract
I recap the book and my career. In writing the book my perspective shifted away from a career of making models to one where I perceived how much of our humanity is lost in an increasingly digital world where artificial intelligence makes so many of our decisions. Credit data piracy and scoring were the first intervention with AI that we faced, and I showed that it is only truish statistically. Yet it kicked our ass and seems here to stay. There is little we can do to stop this new world; but, somehow, we have to remind ourselves that we are individuals, with identity and autonomy, and that there is nobody home in AI.
