CRM Software Applications

The goal of most customer relationship management software vendors is to help users increase sales productivity. Despite this common objective, vendors differ greatly in terms of the software functions they feel are most important to help enhance customer relationships. Based on our research, we have been able to identify three main software categories:

  1. Software applications that primarily perform business functions particular to one area of the overall customer relationship model.
