Writing an RFP

It is not our intention here to suggest a “best” way to write your systems specifications document. We respect the fact that each company has its own set of rules and regulations concerning the writing of a technical specifications document. Nevertheless, here are ISM's recommendations to assist in structuring your CRM systems specifications document to send to a qualified short-list of external vendors in the form of an RFP:
