About the Contributors

MAY AL-DABBAGH is a research fellow at the Dubai School of Government and Harvard Kennedy School. Her research interests include cross-cultural and social/organizational psychology; theory and method in assessing the relationship between the self and context; and cultural and gender differences in leadership, decision making, and job-related outcomes. Al-Dabbagh earned a PhD in psychology from the University of Oxford for her doctoral thesis entitled, “Working Women in Saudi Arabia: A Study of Stress and Well-Being.” She earned her BA degree from Harvard University, where she graduated magna cum laude in psychology.
