I’d like to say the simple source of all our frustration around women and information in technology is gender, but it’s more complicated than that. A percentage of individuals would tell you that men and women are biologically different and that this explains it all. Although they are correct that differences exist, research shows that with all the differences, in the end, the data doesn’t add up to the gulf of exclusion we see today.
