Sharing Report Items with the Repository

One of the most frequently heard questions asked by Crystal Reports users (especially users in larger organizations) is “Can I share parts of this report with other users or other reports?” It would be convenient to be able to store a shared company logo, some sort of shared text, formula logic, or parameter field pick lists, so that all your reports could access them. And, these shared items would be available to your colleagues as well.
