AVIXA Standards
The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is the official U.S. representative to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). AVIXA’s Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification exam, for which you are studying, is ANSI-accredited under the ISO and the ISO/IEC 17024:2012 Conformity Assessment—General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification Schemes of Persons standard.
In addition, AVIXA is an ANSI-accredited Standards Developer (ASD), developing voluntary standards for the commercial AV industry.
