Abstract

The Assembly, Integration, Testing and Verification (AITV) process is a critical element of the satellite life cycle that is key to assuring mission success. The CubeSat mission success rate is still low compared with traditional satellites. It is especially low for the new comers to the space sector. The more we test, the more success we can achieve. But extensive testing requires more cost and longer time. It is extremely difficult to say how much testing is enough, but we can say how much testing is necessary.
