First off, that wasn’t really Morse code. I was just clicking the flashlight a lot. If I did accidentally say something in Morse code, it was probably, “wunmphrbdadada” or something like that.

Secondly (and probably more importantly) if you sound bored, or sleepy, or angry, or psychotic, people won’t want to do business with you. They might not even want to talk with you. And while that might be what you want at that moment, it’s not the best business strategy. I’m guessing you know someone who consistently sucks the life out of every party they get invited to. If you don’t, then you should meet my cousin.

So don’t be my cousin! Put some enthusiasm into your voice, and others will get infected by it.
