About the Authors

Shumeet Banerji is Chief Executive Officer of Booz & Company. Prior to that he was the Managing Director of its European business. Since joining the firm’s Chicago office in 1992, he has served clients in both the public and private sector from offices around the world, including the United States, Asia, and Europe. Previously, he was a member of the faculty at the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. Mr. Banerji received his PhD from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
