This chapter contains an analysis of some of the practical legal challenges of so-called cyberspace and cybercrime/cyber-enabled crime. In particular, this chapter discusses the difficulties of concepts such as jurisdiction and the ability of domestic legal systems to accommodate the borderlessness of the Internet.
