Regulating and Governing the Internet

Although there has been much written about the perils of overexposing children and teenagers to the Internet, a headline in the New York Times sounded especially ominous: “A Seductive Drug Culture Flourishes on the Internet.” The article explained how the Internet is rife with websites that endorse illegal drugs or provide explicit instructions for making, growing, and consuming such drugs.
