Introduction
Abraham Lincoln once said, “I would rather be a little nobody, then to be an evil somebody.” This chapter discusses the “evil somebody” and attempts to understand the concept of conspiracy at work. An attempt will be made to identify the reasons for conspiracy, the types of conspiracy, and the impact thereof. The chapter will culminate with ways to tackle these conspiracies with instances of conspiracy in educational institutions.
