Thomas F. Burgess, after 25 years of working full-time for Leeds University Business School, branched out in 2014 as an Independent Researcher but retaining a role as Visiting Senior Research Fellow at LUBS. He continues to research collaboratively with established partners in academia and to edit the International Journal in Productivity and Performance Management. However, this change allows him to set his own priorities and to spend more time on his research projects. His research interests remain in innovation, technology, performance management, and social networks.
