Introduction
The so-called “dark sides” in business and higher education management have drawn the attention of various scholars in the last decade. From the consequences of economic theories on business ethics (Ghoshal 2005) to the same idea of management (Mintzberg 1973, 2005, 2009; Mowles 2011), we observe a growing critique of the dominant models underpinning training in business administration and management, opening-up new possibilities to understand both managerial and training practices starting from how these dark sides come to life within a management training setting. ...
