Example Project Analysis Policy
Introduction
This is an example of a project analysis policy written
by a group of analysts at a university-based research data analysis
center. They are the statistical consulting group for a federally
funded, nationwide, multi-institutional fictional study called Targeting
Inflammation Using Athelis for Type 2 Diabetes (TIAD). These policies
were written to provide guidance to non-statistical collaborators
from around the nation on how to interact with the data coordinating
center and what to expect when proposing analyses that will lead to
publications in peer-reviewed journals.
