“How to use this book?” you may think to yourself. “I already know how to use a book.” In this chapter, I am not going to tell you to start on page one, reading from the upper left to the lower right, and then turn to page two. Instead, what I want to say right up front is that all parts of this book may not apply to all readers. This chapter’s purpose is to provide a guide to planning your most efficient use of this book.
