Corporate Data Analysis

Abstract

As important as data is, the real value of data is in its ability to serve as a foundation for analysis. Data can be organized in many different ways for analysis. A common way to organize data is through “normalization.” Normalized data is granular and organized. In addition there are many tools that are capable of analyzing normalized data. There are many ways that analysis can be conducted – through examination of exceptions, by looking at data over time, by examining key performance indicators, and so forth.
