I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Hybrid Cloud
I’m cutting to the chase: Cloud changes the thinking about enterprise storage. Hybrid cloud storage is an approach that enables you to store seldom-accessed data on the cloud and frequently accessed data locally on your site; it also enables you to manage the migration of aging data out to cloud storage without creating access problems.
Cloud storage systems exist that accomplish this while still complying with data retention regulations. Take care, however, to be sure that the system can be easily removed without loss of data and that data access (presumably manual or with some work-around) can happen with the hybrid cloud tool out of the path.
