Project Management
I’ve added this Project Management appendix in the interest of improving your successes; after all, the usefulness of this book is only as good as your ability to execute and put it to work.
Every project boils down to key components: Scope, Schedule, Resources, and Risk.
First, you must set objectives and review them. Write down the project objectives (this can include desired deliverables or outcome, budget, schedule), and review these with your team. Ask for feedback from your team, and improve your plan based on their suggestions. Ask for an executive sponsor, someone who will make sure there is budget for the project.
