I’ve added this Project Management appendix in the interest of improving your successes; after all, the usefulness of this book is only as good as your ability to execute and put it to work.
Every project boils down to key components: Scope, Schedule, Resources, and Risk.
First, you must set objectives and review them. Write down the project objectives (this can include desired deliverables or outcome, budget, schedule), and review these with your team.
