I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Physical Addressing: The data link layer adds physical address of the sender and/or receiver by
attaching header to each frame.
Flow Control: The data link layer provides flow control mechanism, which prohibits a slow receiv-
er from being flooded by the fast sender. If the sender’s transmission speed is faster as compared
to the receiving capability of receiver, it is quite probable that some frames are lost. To avoid such
undesirable events, the data link layer must provide a means to control the flow of data between
sender and receiver.
