11. Using Bento and Bento Libraries

FileMaker launched Bento in 2007. The first release (a public beta) has been updated since then, and in 2011, the current version is Bento 4. In some ways, Bento is like iPad: Both are innovative products, and people tend to describe them in terms of previous-generation products. This is scarcely a new phenomenon; radio was first described in its predecessor’s context as “wireless,” and in the early days, people understood that television was radio with pictures.
