Data Quality
The quality of decisions is tightly linked to the quality of data that supports them. As a result, the quality of data impacts every facet of the organization. It’s an (appropriately) bold statement that is often under-appreciated. From day-to-day operations to long-term strategic direction, having high-quality, reliable, and trustworthy information is not a “nice to have;” it’s a must-have for any company. Having quality data is critical for the success of any company of any size. How you operationalize ensuring you have quality data in your organization should vary based on the size and complexity of your organization, but the need for data quality is static.
