When implementing a private cloud solution, a common question is, “Should I build or buy?” In the “build” option, the IT personnel would create a cloud pool by purchasing all the essential components, such as servers, HBAs, storage arrays, and fabric switches. Additionally, all software components—RAC, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, and Database—would have to be installed and validated.
