If you’ve used any Nikon dSLR previously, you’ll find your Z7 II/Z6 II mirrorless camera comfortably familiar in shape and placement of the controls. The only things you really lost in migrating were the mirror and quite a bit of weight and bulk. Your camera has been right-sized to fit in the hand, with all the buttons, dials, and knobs needed for the most frequently adjusted functions arranged for easy access.
