The large number of Sony-brand E-mount lenses that operate with full autoexposure and autofocus features on the a6100 should meet the needs of most a6100 photographers. But if you hanker for even more lens variety beyond those designed for the camera’s APS-C sensor, additional full-frame FE lenses for the Alpha a7 series are available from Sony, Zeiss, and other vendors. These FE lenses can also be used with the a6100, although many of them are rather pricey and likely to be coveted only by more advanced enthusiasts and those who own a full-frame Sony camera in addition to their a6100.
But wait, as they say, there’s more! If you’re willing to use an adapter, there are at least 100 or more different lenses in Sony/Minolta ...
