Replication Monitoring
The capability to monitor replication activities has greatly increased with the release of DB2 UDB v8.1. You can now define alert conditions. When triggered, these alert a user via pager or e-mail. You can thus monitor the current status of running replication programs, and you can analyze historical data about the replication programs.

The Replication Alert Monitor runs continuously and monitors the Capture and Apply programs based on the criteria you provide.
