Abstract

Policies and practices for inclusive education are clearly affected by the degree of decentralization of national education systems. At all levels of education systems, decentralization is an important element in context analysis and change management. In the current policy environment, decentralization in education systems is an important topic, particularly as countries make the transition towards a more inclusive system. Every nation must achieve the right balance between centralization education and decentralization education, which is central to the reform efforts. The main source of contention and discussion is developing and enacting a policy that determines who should have authority, responsibility, and accountability. There is a greater efficiency in resource usage in decentralized systems. Thus, learners will be able to achieve better performance, parents will be more satisfied, and community involvement and support will be stronger.
