Abstract

Machine Learning ML is a scientific field which studies a type of algorithms that solve problems without being explicitly programmed for them. Deep Learning DL is a specialization of this field, which includes Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), henceforth referred to as Neural Networks (NNs), a group of algorithms inspired by neurobiology with a wide range of applications, used in fields such as self-driving cars, forecasting financial data, military applications, computer vision, fault identification in electronic systems, medicine, robotics and more. ...
