Chapter 10: Low power and system control features

Abstract

This chapter covers various low power features available in the Arm Cortex-M23 and Cortex-M33 processors including sleep and deep sleep modes, sleep-on-exit, SEV-on-pend, and details of instructions for entering sleep modes (WFI and WFE). This chapter also included general recommendations on low power designs and information for a range of other registers in the System Control Block (SCB).
