Use Public Folders to Your Advantage

If you start, right now, to move data to the Public folders that you want to share across your network (with everyone), you’ll reduce the number of headaches you have later on. You can move music, videos, pictures, and even documents. You can create subfolders in the Public folders to hold e-mail attachments.
