Conclusion

Despite the plethora of rhetoric critiquing everyone’s favorite DEI punching bags (one-off unconscious bias trainings, performative diversity, and empty promises, oh my!), there have historically been few cohesive guides to the end-to-end achievement of DEI in an organizational setting that strike a balance between skepticism and idealism.
