Now You Are Prepared – But What About Your Learners?

 

SUMMARY

You have prepared your learning materials systematically and you are ready for problems that might force you to use different delivery strategies. What should be done so the learner knows what is going on as you deliver those materials? What does the learner have to do to be able to accept the new or different methodology? What happens if that learner cannot or does not learn from this technique? How will they know, and how will the teacher know that something has gone awry? As the teacher you have to help the learner to understand the new or different delivery method so that learning can take place.
