Dr K. Virginia Hemby-Grubb is a professor in the Department of Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University. She earned a PhD in adult education, with a concentration in business from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1995. Dr Hemby-Grubb began her teaching career in the Technology Support and Training Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA (1995 to 2004). She joined the Department of Marketing (formerly the Business Communication and Entrepreneurship Department) in the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University in August 2004.
