In Chapter 1, the focus was on Integration—what it is, what it is in a business context, what drivers of business integration are, and what companies can do to achieve integration. Chapter 2 focused on the process dimension and articulated the ideal state of Demand/Supply Integration, along with the various subprocesses that underlie the “superprocess” of DSI.
