Ivan Yong Wei Kit is an Organizational Psychologist, engineer, entrepreneur and a startup angel investor based in Hong Kong. In his capacity as an organizational psychologist, he was instrumental in strategizing and executing Fortune 500 and startup human capital strategy in a diverse cultural setting of Asia Pacific.
