So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter delves a little deeper into the discussion of both managed and unmanaged CE services that a carrier might provide. In Chapter 3, we discussed possible combinations of mapping enterprise classes into the SP classes and the relative impact on each approach. Here we build on these discussions with more details on the configurations and, more important, present some very common carrier product offerings from a QoS standpoint.
