Introduction

It’s reported that Albert Einstein once said, “If I had only one hour to save the world, I would spend 55 minutes defining the problem, and only five minutes finding the solution.” Einstein implies that scientific advances come not so much from thinking up new solutions as from formulating problems in new ways or seeing them from different angles.
