Analysing the extensive range of outputs from the first tranche of Design for Future Climate projects, and discussing the work with many of the people involved, has been a fascinating and rewarding experience. The funding provided by the Technology Strategy Board has enabled design teams and their clients, working with climate experts and academics, to consider the implications of a changing climate on live projects in far more depth than would usually be possible in the cut and thrust of day-to-day project work.
