Web design is a complicated business. When you start to talk about what a site should look like, you invariably wind up in conversations about other things: audience, browsers, technologies, staffing, budgets, etc.
Further complicating the web design process is the fact that everyone seems to have an ironclad definition of what Good Web Design is. Web design do’s and don’ts saturate the web, and for every one there’s a web guru there to tell you the One True Way. DON’T use frames. DON’T use Flash. DON’T use forms.
