design component, Sky Design, to create a

comprehensive book of both ASD and Sky

Design’s capabilities. These books are used

to introduce the firm to new clients, to leave

with existing clients, and to demonstrate

to potential employees the experienced

approach ASD and Sky Design take to every

project. ASD/Sky Design is a multidisciplinary

design firm offering interiors, architecture,

and graphic design services to a variety of

corporate, financial, restaurant and hospitality,

retail, medical, and institutional clients.

Christmas is a time of celebration of things

that are born in mangers, barns, and stables.

Just like New Zealand’s Kiwi summer,

barbecues and Christmas are meant to

go together. Alt Group in Auckland, New

Zealand, sent out bottles of wine featuring

different animals that, when cooked, pair well

together. Recipes are also provided as part

of the promotion.

This self-promotional postcard series by

Murphy Design, aptly named “Chew on This,”

is a collaborative effort between the designer

Rosemary Murphy, photographer Lisa Godfrey,

and writer Susan Hemphill. Sent bimonthly,

each postcard featured a different breed of

dog, with clever copy correlating the unique

traits of each particular breed to the creative

traits that these three professionals exude.
