So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Business process management
Let's now look at the broader picture of business process management, which includes business process modeling. It is, however, much more than just modeling. It is about achieving the highest level of efficiency in terms of time and cost in performing any business activity. This has been the guiding principle of successful businesses for a long time.
