Creating the Right Framework for Your Pages
After you start Publisher, start a new publication by following these steps:
1. | Click File, New.

2. | In the New Publication task pane, click Blank Publications.
|
3. | In the display of blank publication types, click Full Page.
|
This provides a blank slate for you to begin working.
You can now close the Publication Design task pane, as you’ll be creating your own design rather than using one of the designs in Publisher.
As always, it’s a good idea to immediately save your work under a file name that describes the type of marketing message you’re working on—for example, Promo Postcard, Monthly Newsletter, and so on. If you work with several clients, you might want to create separate folders for each and ...
