IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) HISTORY, THE INVENTION OF THE GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE(GUI) WAS A REVOLUTIONARY STEP IN IMPROVING BOTH THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OFITEND USERS. The GUI has become dominant not only in operating systems, but also in application software.
