Chapter 7. Designing the Content, Part 2: Getting Down to Details
Now that you have completed your high-level design, you can create the detailed design for your online learning program. This chapter explains how to prepare one. Specifically, it explains how to first develop a prototype (or sample) section. This chapter explains how to plan the presentation of specific content, develop screen designs, test the proposed design, and address issues arising in the test. Next, this chapter develops storyboards for each additional screen in the learning program. In chapter 8, you will learn how to complete the designs by establishing guidelines and templates, and developing the project schedule, budget, and staffing plan.
