In reviewing the chapters in this book, I think I see two sets of themes. One I would label content themes and the other style themes.
Content Themes
I think there was considerable struggling—sometimes creatively, sometimes doggedly—with domain issues, and that struggle was reflected through almost the entirety of the first two-thirds of the chapters.
