Action: Describes an L&D activity and responsibility as a part of engaging in and executing the OK-LCD model for modern learning design.

Action, Change On-the-Job Behavior (Change Action) is focused on setting the target goal (or strategic performance objective) for the overall process, specifically to affect employees’ performance in their day-to-day work. This is one of three early Actions leading to the Surround Action.
