Decision framing is a very interesting topic and is a subject worthy of significant attention in its own right. The reason we bring it up is that sooner or later, some difficult decisions may need to be taken with respect to the supply-chain development program, which will result in significant dollars being expended. Decision framing is simply another tool that will assist decision makers in gaining additional levels of assurance and greater understanding of the primary focus issues of the project.
