Case Studies
Abstract
Presents five different projects. Several projects show how researchers used older adults in participatory design and in usability evaluation to iteratively develop age-friendly user interfaces for a variety of devices and applications. One case study also provides an outline of that project's phases. The final study details the design and development of a simulator that shows designers and managers the effects of aging on people's user experience.
