DO I HAVE TO BE A PROGRAMMER TO READ THIS BOOK?

No, everyone is welcome. You do not need a lot of technical expertise to understand the basic design issues for Web-based training. True, some technical knowledge does help. You need experience navigating the Web. It would help if you have at least lurked in a chat room or asked a question in a newsgroup, but it is not essential. You do not have to be a certified Java programmer, but you should know that Java programming is more than specifying "drip" on the coffee grinder at the grocery store. If you have created your own Web page, you have most of the knowledge you need to get started with this book.

IS THIS BOOK FOR SCHOLARLY STUDY?
